I met Nick in January when he came by to give me directions on what I needed to do to get my dad's house ready to sell. We listened to the letter. Unfortunately 5 months later my dad passed and we went straight in to overdrive getting the house ready. Needless to say it took us roughly 5 weeks. Nick listed the house on a Monday and in less than 24 hours we were under contract for our asking price. This dude is a rock star in my opinion. We closed on the house yesterday. Thank you Nick Foltz and Pivot for doing an amazing job. Not only did I find an awesome realtor I found a new friend.
