It's officially closing week and because of this it's the end of a realtor/buyer era.  

I do not know what I would have done without my fearless leader, Nick Foltz.  From first time home buyers counseling to answering panicked late night calls to celebrating my very own home, he has been the PERFECT person to work with and made all the difference.  

As sad as I am that our home buying relationship is over, I know we'll be bffs moving forward. And friends, if you're looking for an insanely enjoyable real estate experience, look no further. This guy is the bees knees.
